Email is the only way to reach the site: there are no forms or accounts. A short message with the page address and a link to the provider's current page is the quickest route to a correction.
01Which address to use
- [email protected]: corrections, broken sources, questions about a review and messages from tool providers.
- [email protected]: requests to access or correct personal data the site holds, as described in the privacy policy.
02How to report a price or feature error
- The address of the page with the error.
- The sentence or table cell that is wrong.
- A link to the provider's current official page showing the right figure.
- For prices shown only after signing in: the currency, the billing period and the date you saw it.
Leave out card numbers, passwords and ID documents. A screenshot helps if it shows only the price or limit in question. The method behind each review is explained in how we review face swap tools.
03For tool providers
If you represent a reviewed tool and a fact has changed, send a link to the official page that shows the update. Reviews are corrected from public official pages, so a link works better than an attachment.
04What the site cannot help with
The site does not run a face swap tool, so it cannot cancel a subscription, issue a refund, recover an account or delete files uploaded to a provider; contact that provider's support instead. Questions about how a tool handles uploads are answered in its own privacy policy, and the face swap safety guide explains what to look for. If someone has made a fake video or photo of you, the deepfake detector guide lists the steps to take in Malaysia, including where to report it.
05What happens to your message
Your email address and message are used only to reply and to keep track of corrections, and they are kept no longer than that takes.
